Join Miss Virginia and learn how to create a miniature Sailors’ Valentine from genuine seashells. Miss Virginia will show you how to make a gorgeous flower from vintage 1950’s era seashells and use it as the centerpiece of a work of art! No experience necessary and all supplies included!
