Have you ever wanted to create your very own comic? Join us at Art Stars! Studio to immerse yourself in comic creation! We will begin with some fun drawing games to get warmed up, practice our marker skills, and invent some wacky characters.

Teens are invited to spend their afternoon off at the library to make snuffle mats for dogs staying in local shelters. Participants earn two hours of community service. Yes, we will have food too. Grades 9-12, please register. 

Come hop into spring with an engaging program all about frogs with local Tinkergarten leader, Mary Duryea. We'll learn about these amazing little creatures through stories, songs and hands-on activities.

Trout Tales: An afternoon of stories & reflections

Pick up a kit at the information desk by March 29 and enjoy some creative time! The kit can be picked up during the library’s open hours, then take it home to complete an easy project. Please register. Supplies are limited.

Mahjong players are welcome to join us for a casual and relaxed-paced afternoon of games. Bring your own rules card, game sets are provided. Adults, no registration needed.

Interested in serving on the Voorheesville Library Board? Our current board members will be available to share what's involved and answer your questions. Please feel free to stay for their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m.

The monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held in the Library. 

Members of the public are welcome to attend. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, videoconference technology may be used.

Would you ever hug a hedgehog? We will share stories about these prickly and cuddly (maybe?) animals. Enjoy an interactive, theme-based storytime with an emphasis on early literacy that will include an art activity. Ages 2-5 with caregivers.
