Seventeen-year-old Lilah, who wears hearing aids, returns to a summer camp for the Deaf and Blind as a counselor, eager to improve her ASL and find her place in the community, but she did not expect to also find romance along the way.

The farm is a busy place this time of year with crops to be planted and baby animals being born. We will share stories about the wonders of the farm!

The FOL’s Encore Books will be open on Tuesdays 10 am – 6 pm through September 8, weather permitting. Gently used books, media, and jigsaw puzzles. Donations accepted when Encore Books is open.

Learn to machine-sew a placemat from scrap fabric using the string piecing method. Take yours home or donate it to Meals on Wheels.

On Learning Mondays (the first Monday of the month), the instruction will focus on learning the tiles, learning the movements of the game and clarifying the rules. It will be a hands-on experience for complete beginners.

Learn about 3D printing from IT consultant John Love. Where can a beginner design objects? What are some sources for free printable designs? How do you prepare an object file to print on the library's new Sketch Sprint 3D printer?

Pick up a kit at the information desk by June 14 and enjoy some creative time! The kit can be picked up during the library’s open hours, then take it home to complete an easy project. Please register. Supplies are limited.
