Explore the delicious tastes and flavors of global cuisine with us in this series of five virtual classes. Each week, participants will receive a sample of the featured spice or spice mixture from the library. Then they will cook something using the spice and share their experience with the rest of the class when we gather on screen. We will share recipes and photos and discover the origin of the spice, its culinary history and even a little geography of the area we are focused on. So, grab your aprons and join us from the comfort of your own kitchen for this fun, interactive cooking series!
