Creativity Lab: Cupcake Decorating

Unwind on Friday afternoons at the public library. This week we'll be decorating cupcakes! Use frosting, candy, and sprinkles to decorate a cupcake for yourself, and some to share with our family storytime crowd. Grades 6-12, please register beginning 3 weeks prior to the program date.
