Join us to share conversation and company while you work on your sewing, knitting or other handcraft projects. 

Children, 0-24 months, with a caregiver, are invited to join us as we get together for a fun program featuring songs, fingerplays, body movement, felt board stories, books, and toys! No registration needed.

Unwind on Friday afternoons at the public library. This week we'll celebrate our beloved pets by making a variety of animal crafts. Make your own pompom pet, squeegee paint some cats, fold an origami dog, and more.

Sew up a backpack tag that lights up using felt, conductive thread, an LED, and a battery! Grades 6-9, please register. 

Hop into storytime as we read books about these adorable animals and, we may even have a special visit from some bunnies!

Form a team of family or friends, then compete in our LEGO challenge! Build a themed creation based on your secret minifigs. Open to grades K-12 and adults too. Please register together as a team of 3-5 members.

Try an easy project to learn beading techniques needing only a few basic tools. The hardest part will be selecting your beads from our large supply! Participants can also bring their own tools and beads if desired.

Pick up a kit at the information desk and enjoy some creative time! The kit can be picked up during the library’s open hours, then take it home to complete an easy project. Supplies are limited. Please register.

This week we'll learn how to use Tinkercad Sim Lab on the laptops to design a 3D machine and simulate how it works. Try building a virtual marble run or a simple walking robot model in Tinkercad then get your design moving with Sim Lab!

Talk to local artists who are making a difference by repurposing materials into their art. View the artists pieces on display in the library. Create a frame using old watch and jewelry parts. Refreshments served.
